This massive educational center was constructed on a 2-hectare plot of land in the Tbong Khmum Governorate, home to most of Cambodia's 800,000 Muslims. The building was made possible by a generous donation from the esteemed Al-Sayer family. May God have mercy on Uncle Muhammad Nasser Al-Sayer, and may he rest in peace. First, second, and third-grade elementary school students began work on the complex in the 2014–2015 academic year, and work continued until the twelfth grade was completed in 2024.
